He's one of the best players in the world... He showed himself early on in Europe, and he was a fast study in the NBA for sure. He's fun to watch, his skills, his competitiveness, his size. His innate basketball IQ is so impressive. You put four hard-working people around him and you've got a hell of a team. That's what they have. They're all so aggressive, they execute well. Coaching staff is very committed. Everybody wants to win, nobody wants to win any more than Luka.

Hopefully, we see Luka Doncic continue to shine in the playoffs. He is a fantastic player, that can carry an entire offense by himself. While the Phoenix Suns will definitely be favored in this series, Luka Doncic shouldn't be counted out.
The Dallas Mavericks are definitely a solid team, but they will need someone to step up next to Luka Doncic offensively if they want to have a chance against the Phoenix Suns. Spencer Dinwiddie and Jalen Brunson were solid in their first-round series, and hopefully they can help the Mavericks get some wins and potentially an upset.

Im really hoping that Mavs will win this series. Its a must win for Dallas, they need to prove that they are not a scrub and not just an average team but instead an excellent and a championship contender.

Nowitzki's 4 games came across 145 games in his playoff career; Luka needed just 22 to pass him.

Yeah Luka plays very similar to Paul Pierce except Luka plays more of a Point forward role. Pierce played a more traditional Small forward role and didn’t handle the ball as much.

Luka is my favorite player but he has to be more efficient. He takes way too many tough ass shots. When the mavs get blown out it’s usually started by 3 bad possessions on his part like game 5.

@Super Nova LeBron was not a great shooter early in his career but he was a great scorer because he could get anywhere on the court he wanted. He's a much better shooter in his later career.
Good point. Brunson is very smart and a good player but not an All-Star. Hope they can keep Brunson and find a real center. Powell is just undersized and has no offensive skills at all. Kleber is a decent power forward who can shoot the 3. But Luka can't win a title all by himself. Even Michael Jordan needed great teammates before he started winning titles.
